**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

- Answer phone calls and take reservations as well as place take out orders

- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in guest relations or customer service preferred

- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette

- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy setting

- Knowledge of hospitality and food service industry practices

- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus

- Understanding of restaurant operations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends

Ability to Relocate:

• Sea Isle City, NJ 08243: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
