Personal Training Management programs are available across the Metroplex. Our accelerated growth program is designed to place qualified candidates in management positions at one of our existing and newly built clubs within the system.
Our Personal Training Management Staff can:
- make $2,500 per month hitting minimum standards
- become club Personal Training Directors (PTD) as soon as another 45-90 days as a successful counselor
Our average club manager makes close to $65,000 per year with our top PTD's making over $100,000.
You will be responsible for providing introductory training assessments to our members, selling training packages for our certified personal training staff and working with Personal Trainers and clients. This is a full time position with benefits and opportunities to advance. Responsibilities: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the Personal Training team and manage the program accordingly. Monitor the program on 150 accounts and establish strategy for growth and client retention. Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them. Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training packages. Able to quickly design creative and enjoyable workout plans.
