Personal Training Counselor is for people seeking opportunity within LA Fitness and set up to be trained in management then based on performance promoted into a permit management role.
We are looking for people that want to change peoples lives! That eat and breathe fitness.
Your job is to talk to existing members and book appointments for you to meet with people to go over there goals and show them the value of Personal Training. Then to sell the training and hand them off to the trainer as you oversee there journey. As you get paid commission per sale!
There is also bonus tiers that go all the way of 7,500 per month! Yes I said that per month!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
