The job of our Operations Manager in Training is to work with the Operations Manager to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Operations Managers in training hire, train and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve membership issues, update past due accounts, manage supplies budget, and uphold company standards.
The pay is an hourly base ($17) with commission opportunities that should total between $19-21 an hour or more.
The typical work schedule is a 5 day work week with weekday and weekend shifts. Monday and Tuesday 9am - 6pm and Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am - 5pm. You would be working at one club, but could pick up shifts at other nearby clubs when needed.
