The job of our Assistant Operations Manager is to work with the Operations Manager to ensure that our members receive exceptional service from a happy, friendly staff in a clean and well-maintained facility. Assistant Operations Managers hire, train and supervise all front desk, babysitting and janitorial staff, resolve membership issues, update past due accounts, manage supplies budget, and uphold company standards. The pay is an hourly base ($15) with commission opportunities that should total $32,000 - $40,000 per year or more including additional benefits such as health insurance. The typical work schedule is a 5 day work week with weekday and weekend shifts. With our continued growth there are quick advancement opportunities to the Operations Manager position.
