General Manager/Assistant Manager

LA Fitness is rapidly expanding and is in need of 10 Managers and Assistant Managers throughout our health clubs in the PA/NJ/DE area. We have existing and NEW locations that are in great need of new management and talent ready for advancement throughout our company.
Responsibilities Include:
-Touring guests around our health clubs
- Assessing each guests individual need for our location
-Helping to sell memberships, personal training, group training and other club amenities
-When needed, help clean our clubs to keep our staff and members safe
-Your bonus' will depend on hitting pre-determined sales goals
Our Assistants can advance to General Managers within 60 days of maintaining the position. We allow any type of motivated employee to make any level of income they desire.
Job Type- Full Time
Pay- $40,000-$100,000 per year
