The Personal Training Director manages their department by hiring the right sales and personal training staff, personally giving members introductory assessments and achieving department sales goals by continuously marketing, selling, and servicing. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to advance to executive positions. They receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits and dental benefits. They are paid hourly, plus commissions, and bonuses. All employees receive a complimentary club membership..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,461.00 - $64,247.00 per year
