We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Membership Director to join our team. As the Membership Director, you will play a crucial role in driving membership growth and retention for our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract new members, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing members. ```Duties```

- Develop and execute membership acquisition and retention strategies

- Identify target markets and implement marketing campaigns to attract new members

- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth

- Build and maintain relationships with current members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement member engagement initiatives

- Negotiate pricing with potential members

- Provide exceptional customer service to all members, addressing any concerns or issues promptly

```Experience```

- Proven experience in managing membership programs or sales roles

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving business development initiatives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
