LA Fitness is looking for a Gym Manager that is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and talented. Sales experience or management experience is required. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales goals are met. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about fitness, disciplined, and competitive.

• Weekend manager
• Responsible for new membership goals to reach company goals
• Attain or exceed individual & club sales goals
• Participate in community events for branding and lead generation
• Prospect potential new members
• Maintain relationships with current members and prospective members

Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience
• Previous management experience
• Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly
• Excellent communication skills and time management
• Enjoys working in a team of 4-5
• Professional appearance
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Willing to work Sundays
