Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients based on their individual goals and needs
- Develop and implement effective exercise programs for clients, including strength training, cardiovascular exercises, and flexibility training
- Guide and motivate clients during workouts to ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness programs
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to support their fitness goals
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients
- Proven ability to sell personal training services and meet sales targets
- Effective time management skills to schedule and manage client appointments
- Budgeting skills to track income and expenses related to personal training services
- Multilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
- Experience in recruiting and hiring personal trainers
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training for trainers
- Proficiency in inventory control for fitness equipment and supplies
- Strong administrative skills for managing client records, scheduling, and billing
- Leadership qualities to inspire and motivate both clients and fellow trainers

Pay: $2,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
