As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in providing leadership, direction, and supervision to the sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring that weekend and monthly goals are met. We are looking for candidates that are passionate for fitness, disciplined, and competitive.

• Lead a successful sales team through ownership of weekend production
• Contribute excellent leadership skills
• Gather leads, make calls, set appointments, manage tours, conduct fitness assessments
• Create, maintain and implement sales team marketing plans with the support of the General Manager
• Reach company objectives for new membership sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience
• Professional appearance
• Ability to lead a team
• Highly self-motivated
• Eager to learn and able to adapt in a changing environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them

Pay: $37,647.62 - $110,000.00 per year
