Responsibility:
- Wash and sanitize plates, cups, pots, pans, and silverware.
- Remove trash, compostables, and recycling promptly from designated containers
- Restock tools and supplies for the next shift by moving supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
- Help line cooks properly prep, store and date food and help with extra tasks as needed during slower business levels
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize organize and manage multiple tasks
$15.74/hr - $16/hr Tips (tips typically range from $4.50 - $7 per hour), generous meal discounts, WSPSL.
