THE POSITION
The Assistant Director of Permanent Supportive Housing (Wellness & Support Services) oversees wellness and support services across LA Family Housing's Permanent Supportive Housing sites, serving single adults, families, and veterans experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County. This role ensures comprehensive mental health, substance use, and enrichment services for residents, while providing administrative and clinical supervision to staff, including Program Managers and Clinicians. Key duties include program management, report reviews, and ensuring contractual outcomes. This position is responsible for developing wellness and support programming and may eventually expand to include Clinical Managers for increased team capacity.
