La Europa Academy is hiring for a full time Overnight Team Lead. This position offers competitive pay and is the perfect fit if you are a natural born leader ready to be in a leadership role. This position is a perfect for college students or those looking to add income to the household. As an overnight Team Lead you will be in charge of making sure our students are safely accounted for in their rooms throughout the night and delegating responsibilities to the team. There is a lot of down time during the shift so this allows you time to get homework done or binge watch your favorite show on Netflix! Applicants must be flexible, dependable, and have an ability to prioritize tasks in a rapidly changing environment. Nightwatch hours run from 10:45 pm to 8:15 am.

This is a great position to catch up on reading, Netflix, homework, etc!

Position Requirements:

• Female overnight staff only
• Candidates must be at least 21-years-old.
• Pass a background check and drug test.
• High school diploma, although a Bachelor's Degree or related field experience is preferred.
• Work at least one weekend night.
• Prior experience in leadership role in mental health.
