SERVICE MANAGER La Cour is actively seeking an exceptional and qualified Service Manager for our Highland Village restaurant. We seek stylish, enthusiastic, and genuine individuals to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be naturally creative and charismatic with a dynamic personality and a strong sense of urgency and organization. We seek individuals who possess a true sense of warmth and have inherent leadership abilities. This is a full-time position based in Jackson, MS. REQUIREMENTS As the SM you will be responsible for each guest's satisfaction with their dining experience from arrival to departure. Some of your other responsibilities as a restaurant’s general manager:

* The right hand to our General Manager * Providing guests with the best possible experience and creating a positive work culture

by personally exemplifying our core values

* Assisting the GM to ensure restaurant meets or exceeds it’s financial targets * Oversee the restaurants preparedness for daily service * Oversee the restaurants preparedness for DOH inspection readiness * Supporting of the staff and for the overall success of the restaurant and the future return of each guest

The ideal candidate will possess:

* Desire and motivation to work with a lot of energy and positivity * Excellent food and beverage knowledge * Sufficiently technically savvy to become proficient with key systems and IT infrastructure (OpenTable, Toast, Restaurant 365, Dolce) * Food Handler's Certification from the Department of Health * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel * Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan ahead * Understand and support managing financial implications of operational decisions * A good sense of humor * Must be at least 18 years old
