La Clinica Del Valle is Hiring a Telephone Triage RN Near Medford, OR
Full time preferred (8 hour shift preferred 10 hour shift acceptable)
Responsibilities:
- Providing telephone and electronic communication with patients and the clinical team.
- Provide clinical decision support to population health team.
- Support primary health center RN’s in with Transitional Care Management for patients.
- Able to work with patients of various socio-economic backgrounds and temperaments; demonstrates tact, diplomacy and compassion in interactions with patients and staff.
