Job Summary:

Attract candidates, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the on-boarding of medical, dental and behavioral health providers under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. Will collaborate with hiring managers to assure that all staffing goals are met.

Core Competencies:

• Knowledge in the art of networking for recruitment of medical, dental or behavioral health providers.
• Skills in attracting external candidates that are actively or passively looking for employment in the medical, dental or behavioral health industry.
• Demonstrates the use of advanced recruitment and sourcing platforms, which includes social media and other technology for maximizing company exposure.
• Skills in screening candidates based on organizational need and fit.
• Knowledge and experience in organizational branding to attract potential candidates.
• Demonstrates cultural diverse competency.
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
• Must maintain high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• High attention to detail with high degree of organization

Job Requirements:

• One - two years of experience in healthcare recruitment and placement perferred.
• Marketing degree or other related field preferred but not required.
