Job Summary
The Director of Nursing is the Infection Control Prevention Specialist and is responsible for aligning the Nursing Departments within the organization with the mission, values and vision of LCDF ensuring that patient-care, clinical and staffing standards are met. Responsible for directing the nursing department, overseeing hiring, firing, and development of nursing staff.

• Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
• Proficient use of computers including MS Word, use of spreadsheets, and Electronic Medical Health Records
• High degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent math skills

• Valid Nursing license from NM
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with three years administrative and managerial experience in a clinical setting or master's degree in Nursing Science (MSN), is preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Maintain a current driver's license, current automobile insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.
