Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing store staff, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in retail management, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to deliver outstanding performance
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability
- Implement visual merchandising standards to maximize sales potential
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training development programs
- Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for store positions
- Manage employee schedules and ensure proper coverage at all times
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and shrinkage
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators

Skills:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in multilingual languages preferred
- Knowledge of effective recruiting, interviewing, and training techniques
- Exceptional customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management principles
- Demonstrated ability to drive retail sales and achieve targets
