Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure prompt delivery of meals
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables, clean dining area, and reset tables for the next guest
- Process payments and provide accurate change to guests
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent customer service
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of bartending, food preparation, food service, food safety, dietary aide, restaurant, banquet, catering, or related areas is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
