Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator Assisant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has a passion for the wedding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, appointments, and venue tours
- Support the sales team in preparing contracts
- Maintain customer databases and update customer information as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and prospective couple follow ups
- Assist with market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize Honeybook to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Honeybook is a plus
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth
- Strong negotiation skills to assist the sales team in closing contracts successfully
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building positive relationships
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions are also compensated.
