We are looking for a self-motivated, organized, and experienced event coordinator to join our team at La Caille! This position will work with booked events, coordinating weddings, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, etc. Our ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, has confidence in their organization and planning abilities, and can get along well with many personalities. Some of the main responsibilities for this position include:

Work with clients after their contract is signed up until the end of their event day, organizing vendor information, timelines, floorplans, and overseeing the event on the day of

Answer all client emails and questions via phone and email

Manage the event calendars, including lodging bookings and photoshoots

Work with various departments to properly communicate event details

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
