We are looking for Swim Associates to be a part of the new opening under Big Blue Swim School. With four surrounding Big Blue Swim Schools in the area, we are excited to dive into this new adventure in Springfield, VA.

We provide training in a welcoming and supportive environment to ensure our teachers can give great lessons for all students! Team Member Benefits:
- Full-time team member positions available with consistent schedules
- Average pay rate of $15.00 – 19.00 upon completion of training
- Comprehensive health insurance plans for full-time team members
- A career path with growth opportunities in management
- Previous swimming experience not required
- Enjoys having fun!
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in the water for at least 25 hours per week
- Must be willing to work at least one weekend day
