Responsibilities Business Administration Manage day-to-day business objectives. Coordinate with tax and compliance specialist to ensure compliance with all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Audit company records to ensure accuracy of financial and inventory information. Organize and maintain corporate documentation and prepare business filings. Coordinate with purchasing & logistics to support shipping and receiving of goods. Assist with preparing year-end financial statements. Business Improvement Provide guidance and recommendations regarding the most effective corporate structure for various business goals. Research and continually monitor domestic and international corporate structures and brief senior leadership on business implications. Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to continuously improve business operations. Customer Service Provide quality service to customers, vendors, and business partners. Qualifications BS/BA degree 2 or more years of professional experience. Exhibit positive and professional demeanor and ability to work well with a small team is required A security clearance may be required for this position; Therefore, U.S. Citzenship is required Exercise ability to effectively communicate issues, concerns and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to personnel with varying degrees of knowledge required. Ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Preferred experience and expertise: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience establishing and maintaining small businesses preferred (e.g. LLCs, C Corps, Series LLCs, Trusts). Administrative or clerical experience preferred. Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
