Warehouse Associate I - DAY SHIFT ONLY!

Monday - Friday (8A-5P EST)

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against load lists
• Unload, unpack and inspect products for damages or defects
• Pick, pack, and load orders accurately and efficiently
• Metal repair including: hardware replacements and reshaping
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, ensuring aisles are clear and products are properly stored
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety guidelines
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

THIS IS WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Proven experience in a warehouse or similar manufacturing environment
• Experience in carpentry and/or mechanical repairs
• Ability to safely operate power tools and warehouse equipment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks
• Forklift certification, preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
