Previous Dealership BDC experience is a plus. We are interested in candidates who are polished, professional, have a great attitude and customer focused. Experience in Call Center and/or Customer Service is a plus. You must be detail-oriented and have impeccable customer follow-up skills. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential. Who are we looking for?
