Resolve customer concerns and keep customers abreast of vehicle status. Work with technicians and make recommendations to customers. When appropriate, present a maintenance program that will fit the customer's needs. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships. Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer. An understanding of the mechanical and technical Computer proficiency.
