Position Overview: As an Automotive Service Advisor with hospitality experience, you will be the face of our dealership, greeting customers with a warm smile and ensuring they feel valued and respected throughout their service experience. Your background in hospitality will allow you to anticipate and exceed customer expectations, providing personalized service and building lasting relationships with our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome customers to our service center with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

· Listen attentively to customers' concerns and vehicle issues, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

· Utilize your hospitality skills to anticipate customers' needs and provide proactive assistance throughout their service visit.

· Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, explaining recommended repairs and maintenance services in a way that is easy to understand.

· Coordinate service appointments, arrange for transportation, and ensure a seamless service experience for every customer.

· Collaborate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs, keeping customers informed of progress and any delays.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field.

· Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help others.
