Service Technician Schedule: 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts Pay: Flat Rate Pay - depends on experience level Responsibilities/Our ideal candidate: The Service Technician is responsible for fixing their customer’s vehicle on the first visit as well as supporting their team to do the same. Deliver the best customer experience during every customer interaction You are able to instruct and support qualified technicians and system technicians in diagnosis and troubleshooting work. You have basic knowledge of quality control loops and processes You revel a high level of willingness to learn and have the potential to learn. You regard yourself as a representative of the company and the Mercedes-Benz brand, think and act in a service-oriented manner, and professionally implement all specifications from Mercedes-Benz as regards to outstanding customer experience.
