Print Production Coordinator

The Print Production Coordinator is responsible for executing production plans consistent with project requirements and objectives. This position is responsible for understanding all production requirements, setting timeline expectations with both internal and external clients, and delivery of the final materials. This role will work collaboratively with all departments within the organization to fulfill print production needs across the Lithia & Driveway organization, outside vendors, and external clients within project timelines.

The Print Production Coordinator reports to the Print Shop Manager.

Location: Medford, OR (On-Site)

Compensation Range: $40,000 - $52,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Assign, schedule and monitor project work to ensure that progress is within expected guide and timelines
• Ensure effective communication and relationship between store clients, Lithia & Driveway Home Office clients and outside vendors.
• Reviews all artwork prior to delivery to Print Technician.
• Acting Customer Services Representative for all outside sales.
• Communicate with internal Project Managers and external clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives of final production materials.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Other duties as assigned
