About Lice Troopers
Lice Troopers is an all-natural, guaranteed Head Lice Removal Service ™ that manually removes head lice safely and discreetly, in a private salon setting or a chosen location in South Florida seeking an experienced and professional Customer Service/ Sales Representative.

Responsibilities
Update the company database by inputting information from each call
Taking incoming calls from our customer base and addressing customer issues and/or concerns
Respond to email inquiries and voicemail
Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
Appropriately communicates with customers and employees at all levels
Schedule Customer Appointments
Schedule and dispatch multiple technicians to appropriate locations, according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using text, email and/or office telephones
Schedule and Confirm appointments
Strong sense of professionalism and discretion required
Ability to process bill payments

Requirements
2 years customer service, sales experience or call center 
MUST speak fluent English and Spanish; English must be clear and concise
High School diploma/GED required
Flexibility with working a non-traditional schedule
Experience handling multiple phone lines
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to work well in a team environment with a wide range of personalities
Salesforce experience a plus
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
Ability to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
Must have excellent communication skills and able to work with a wide-range of personalities
Must have a positive, can-do attitude
Must have superior organizational skills
