For additional information about L&T Technology Services log on to www.LntTechservices.com Job Description: Work Transfer Specialist This position is for an experienced Work Transfer Specialist role to join a growing aerospace team with L&T Technology Services (LTTS). As an important part of the Supply Chain team here at LTTS, you will actively be providing critical value to our customers by helping to ensure customer expectations are met. This is a position located at the LTTS Windsor site, at times the client's site in Windsor Locks, CT, and possible at times work from home. Windsor, CT The Work Transfer Specialist leads complex transitions of operations between internal teams, business units, and external partners. This strategic role manages the communication and implementation of work transfer initiatives through core competencies in project execution, change leadership, and supplier integration. Core Responsibilities Include: Conduct in-depth assessments of workflows, and processes to identify transition requirements Develop comprehensive project plans encompassing all transition phases and stakeholders Conducting in-depth analyses of capabilities across potential transition source partners, encompassing processes, resources, competencies and outputs Developing rigorous qualification criteria to meet business objectives and stakeholder requirements Coordinate operational readiness checks and cutover validations ensuring seamless execution Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive seamless transfer of operations per plan Employ change management strategies and adoption techniques Ensure successful, sustainable transitions through governance and continuous improvement Responsible for owning, building, and leveraging the relationship with a varying number of suppliers across our global supply base in support of timely executing said projects Providing vital reporting and recommendations to governance teams on supplier qualification status and transition readiness Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and project team members. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline 5 years managing complex technical projects or operations transitions Demonstrated workflow/process analysis and documentation skills Expert project planning, execution, and budget management capabilities Stakeholder leadership and influence competencies Change management experience Possess a strong technical aptitude and be able to quickly learn and apply new technologies. SAP Experience is a must 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365 Must be a US Citizen/Person Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Project Management/Supply Chain 5 years experience with supplier managed work transfers Six Sigma Trained 5 years of experience within aerospace industry Both technical and interpersonal acumen Governance and optimization expertise An ability to work independently without day-to-say supervision An alignment with LTTS company values, including: Being Purposeful, Ethics & Integrity, Caring, A Culture of Learning, and Results with Accountability.
