What You Will Do:

IT Cosmetics is looking for a highly motivated Manager, eBoutique who will report intoto the VP, DMI Digital/eCommerce. This role will be supporting the global strategic development of IT Cosmetics online business, in line with the Brand vision, strategy & business model, ensuring both top line and profitable growth, based on agreed upon KPI’s. Have a positive attitude, with a willingness to thrive in an ambiguous environment, be able to multi-task under tight time constraints and most importantly deliver results

Job Duties and Accountabilities

Strategy:

  • Help execute eCommerce strategy set forth, by creating a successful D2C platform strategy that provides best in class UXUI, ensure the D2C site interface is optimized for a frictionless user experience.
  • Act as a global product owner for E-D2C/website design & roadmap (features developments)
  • Prioritize and building the roadmap for beauty tech services across E-channels, ensure the new, revamp, implementation to support countries to improve on the KPIs to convert and creating always on assets aligned with division guideline.
  • Build on global CRM and Loyalty program strategy by measuring CRM KPIs to help to support for 1P data collection and activations.
  • Ensure countries are equipped to launch and maintain eCommerce platforms and digital marketing capabilities while integrating CRM, beauty tech always on assets.
  • Owner of the global NGL owner to make sure all launch assets are in place in brand layer for the best of interest to drive for conversion and make it easy for countries to implementation.
  • Omni O O journey by creating online touch points and services from O O prospective
  • Partner closely with GM to better understand the DNA of the core and new products being launched and how they can be translated online
  • Partner closely with Creative Ops to better understand timely deliverables
  • Work closely with CE, GM, Social and Creative team members to support the brand’s tent pole moments from a digital activation standpoint

Digital Support:

  • Partner closely with all drive countries to better understand their unique needs and consumer behaviors so we can deliver assets for their business needs in a timely manner, while leveraging asset development for global needs
  • Having a great e-business knowledge and digital KPIs (focus on D2C site)
  • Have a clear understanding of eBoutique and eRetailer site (of drive countries) production and engineering communications to ensure proper implementation, tagging, and tracking can be implemented
  • Work collaboratively to help enhance product/brand/educational landing pages with updated images, video content, educational content, additional product specs, etc.
  • Support GM DMI by developing digital/ eComm slides for marketing notes and commercialization books that convey the suggested consumer journeys (with the assets developed) for the product launches/ re-animations
  • Be the support for digital projects/site enhancements
  • Have a great knowledge of competitor websites and best in class tactics/features to ensure our sites/ partners are executing the brand in the best possible way in terms of product categorization, promotions, sampling trends
  • Create and present reporting that translates analysis into business insights and recommendations
  • Constantly looking for ways to optimize existing digital assets, while brainstorming ways to create more efficient assets in the future
  • Manage Vendor/Agency Purchase Orders


What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field of study
  • 5 Experience in global digital / ecom landscape
  • Proven knowledge of global cultural nuances as it relates to doing business in the international marketplace
  • Thorough understanding of various business models and demonstrated success in implementing new business models to boost business
  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or retail conceptual development
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong collaborative business partnerships
  • Demonstrated success in developing and leading an effective and high performing team
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Beauty background preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally, if need be
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
