Store Manager Competencies/Responsibilities:

Builds a Great Team- You havea passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing highperforming teams that exceed customer expectations. You recruit the best talentfor the store and ensure all team members have the knowledge and tools forsuccess. You assess store team members capabilities, give 'on the spot'constructive and straight forward feedback regarding performance, andcontinuously develop others. Sets Clear Direction- Youestablish and communicate a clear vision to the team. You champion companyvision/goals and motivate the team effectively. You create winning andmeasureable strategies for the team and effectively manage between short andlong term goals.

You consistently monitorstore and team member performance, analyze and understand the causes of salestrends, and initiate change with creative ideas. You are a champion ofchange!

Requirements:

2 yearsof retail leadership experience

Self-directedwith excellent organizational and time management skills

Outstandingcustomer service, written and verbal communication skills

Ability touse computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred

Must beable to work weekends as availability guidelines require

18 yearsof age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred

Must beable to lift up to 20 lbs.

Must beable to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift

ACosmetology license is a plus, but not required
