North Little Rock, AR Shift Information: Wednesday – Sunday (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm) Position Overview/Position ResponsibilitiesQuality at the Source is responsible for implementation and assurance of the quality management system within production to ensure good manufacturing practices are maintained and followed. Required QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
High school education or GED equivalency required.
Strong knowledge of control testing methods for product release.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a high performing manufacturing facility.
Quality management system and/or auditor experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree (Science, Business, or equivalent)

Key Job AccountabilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to the below listing:
Conduct audits of the statistical process control quality system and other quality assurance processes in production.
Participate in statistical process control PQ inspections.
Conduct batch record audits.
Review first article inspection for startup of production.
