**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in various tasks within our organization. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

**Duties:**

Laborers shall provide regular and consistent trash removal, broom sweeping, and general construction labor.

Responsibilities of the laborers shall include but are not limited to the below:

a. Bathroom maintenance and graffiti maintenance.

b. Job Site swept each week.

c. Picking up of trash.

d. Removal of pallets and boxes from the job (placed in dumpster).

e. Cleaning of trailer and all other trailers/tents on site.

f. Trash clean up and maintenance of laydown yards and all construction parking lots.

g. Cleaning of vehicles.

h. Putting down ice melt and ice removal practices as needed in and around the buildings,

which also includes the job trailer.

i. Snow removal as directed.

j. Wheeled trash gondolas and pallet jacks to help move material and keep the job clean

and organized.

k. Clean and maintain all job site and building entrances daily.

l. Pumping of water.

m. Maintain care for all radios issued by GC. Includes but not limited to nightly battery

charging and keeping the radio in good working order.

n. Unlocking, locking, and maintenance of all gates (hours will very).

o. Providing cleaning and maintenance of silt fences, gutter buddies, etc. to maintain

compliance with the SWPPP.

p. Starting, fueling, and maintenance of jobsite generators and lights. (Hours may very).

q. Maintenance of temporary water locations.

r. Miscellaneous laborer work.

s. Certification or experience operating forklifts is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $38.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Leavenworth, KS: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
