We are looking for bilingual staff to join our legal team! If you meet the requirements below then this position may be for you:

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

· Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

· Communicating with customers through various channels.

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

· Knowing our immigration process inside and out so that you can answer questions.

· Strong customer service skills

· Marketing skills are a PLUS (Social Media Coordinator)

· Highly motivated and energetic attitude

· Will be participating in administrative duties

· MUST BE bilingual in Haitian-Creole

· Legal experience is preferred but NOT required
