Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our organization. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and strategic direction of our institution. This is a senior leadership position that requires strong management and interpersonal skills, and a passion for education.

Duties:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of the organization, including staff, programs, and resources

- Educate and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality instruction and support for students to maximize student outcomes

- Overseas compliance with all Financial Aid and Accreditation standards.

- Oversea licensing, program policy implementation, and compliance

- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success

- Conduct regular evaluations of programs and staff performance to ensure effectiveness

- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop partnerships and enhance community engagement

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Proven experience working in a leadership position within an educational institution

- Strong background in curriculum managment and implementation

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others

- Experience supervising faculty and staff members
