Job Type: Full-Time Hours

Schedule: Varied Shifts, Every Other Weekend Rotation

Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour with higher pay based on experience

Job Summary: The Retail Supervisor (Key Holder) is a member of the store management team and supports the Store Manager in the leadership and management of store staff and daily operations. This position will have supervisory responsibility and ensure that the store operates effectively and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail/customer service - preferably in a supervisory capacity
• Knowledge of retail operations
• Knowledge of the principles of management and leadership such as recruiting, employee relations, employee development, training, and performance management
