Assistant Store Manager

Job Location: Hayward, WI

Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Salary: Commensurate with Professional Experience

Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the leadership and management of the store staff and daily store operations. This position will have supervisory responsibility and will ensure that the store operates in an effective and efficient manner. The Assistant Store Manager will have decision making authority in the absence of the Store Manager, and as directed by the Store Manager.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management AND in-depth knowledge of retail operations including staffing, employee relations, employee development, training, and performance management.
