Concrete Foreman
Lead crews in the completion of various major concrete projects, always ensuring a safe and efficient workplace. Coordinate tasks for your crews according to current project needs, produce schedules for crew members, and supervise the use of machinery. Train crew members on safe equipment use.
Supervise workers throughout the shift, ensuring safety, appropriate work stoppages, and organization. Resolve problems with projects, materials, and workers as they arise.
Five years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position. Detailed knowledge of concrete construction procedures and OSHA guidelines. Experience with blueprint reading, concrete finishing, and managing crews. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
