Customer Service Sales Support

Overview

GLOBAL is presently seeking a Customer Service Sales Support at its locations in the Statesville, NC and Roebuck, SC. Position would be based out of one of these locations. This position supports government customers, field salespeople and shop technicians with a wide variety of sales, customer service and administrative tasks. Typical duties include but are not limited to assisting visitors, answering phone and e-mail inquiries, preparing sales quotes, researching products and prices, updating customer and sales records, scheduling meetings and service appointments, converting sales orders, generating invoices, entering payments, assisting with vendors and invoices, arranging maintenance for the facility, maintaining office policies and procedures and coordinating closely with headquarters.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2 years experience in customer service, sales or office management
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Other Required Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and computing skills
