Position: Landscaper Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of 1-2 landscapers.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding beds, blowing down with a backpack blower, pruning, and using hedge trimmers.
• Ensure projects are completed timely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards.
• Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math, and read a clock.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Ability to pass a drug test.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance truck operations.
• Experience driving with truck & trailer
• Leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to read and write in English, perform basic math, and read a clock.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Jobber system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
