L 3 Construction is a rapidly growing remodeling company that specializes in Kitchens, bathrooms and basement finishing.

For this position we are looking for someone extremely well versed in the more construction heavy side of things such as additions, structural wall removal, LVL beams, building auxiliary buildings/garages, siding, roofing, windows and doors, and basement finishing.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in all aspects of construction and knowing the ins and outs of these types of projects. The ideal candidate will be self sufficient, a problem solver, great with people, detailed oriented and have an extremely sharp eye for detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive leads and follow up with homeowners
• Create detailed estimates in BuilderTrend/JobTread
• Meet with Homeowners to present proposals and sign contracts with necessary additional forms if necessary.
• Review the job file for completeness before production begins
• Produce accurate Purchase Orders for materials and labor
• Communicate with Homeowner as to the progress of the job
• Provide any emergency services needed by talking to the homeowner and/or subcontractors, assessing damage and scheduling repair work as necessary
• Review subcontractor billing for accuracy in relation to the Purchase Order
• Field Homeowner comments/complaints and keep a record of all communications
• Attend training/seminars to maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA and other as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
