Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
The Corrosion Testing Specialist is responsible for performing testing on customer samples, maintaining and operating laboratory equipment, and completing testing reports in an accredited laboratory setting. Depending on the workload and other priorities as established by the Team Leader or Laboratory Manager, assistance in other functional areas may be required.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the physical sciences or engineering with 0-3 years industrial experience.
INTERPERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Leadership and coaching skills, Excellent verbal and written skills, Excellent problem-solving abilities, good interpersonal skills, Self-starter, able to work with minimal or no supervision.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift 50lbs.
