Responsibilities:

• Efficiently organize and dismantle the bar setup for seamless service.
• Assist in ingredient preparation, including juicing fruit, creating syrups, infusing spirits, clarifying liquids, making foams, jellies, liquor batches, and crafting garnishes.
• Arrange and garnish menu items with precision and creativity.
• Accurately weigh, measure, mix, and prep ingredients as per specified recipes.
• Facilitate communication between the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the prep area and walk-in storage.
• Ensure the quality and freshness of food and ingredients.
• Thrive under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Plan ahead, be organized, and multitask to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with management to enhance efficiency and communication.
• Oversee inventory in the liquor room and restock service-related items.
• Uphold all company policies, health codes, and food safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Passion for the culinary arts and hospitality industry.
• Demonstrated experience in bar preparation or a similar role.
• Proficiency in following standard operating procedures.
• Skills in juicing, cutting fruit, preparing syrups, batching cocktails, and crafting garnishes.
• Ability to accurately measure, mix, cook, and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Effective communication skills to liaise between bar and kitchen teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment.
• Capability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and working closely with management.
• Strong organizational skills managing inventory and restocking.
• Dedication to upholding health code, food safety, and sanitation requirements.
