Description

Enables the implementation of Human Resources processes and related Human Resources software systems. Coordinates a cross functional team to create, promote, and manage team members development and implementation of a higher performance culture. 

• Identifies and assesses employee development needs, coordinating a cross-functional team to design and implement development initiatives throughout Kysor Warren
• Work with parent organization to support the Leadership model throughout the Kysor Warren Epta US level
• Provide support with/to the Human Resources team on a range of development and learning initiatives
• Support Kysor Warren Epta US branding initiatives related to internal and external environments, with the goal of boosting candidate attraction and experience
• Support Human Resources digital transformation by coordinating the design and implementation of tools and methodologies
• Work on a team to develop and implement Human Resources policies, procedures, performance management systems, metrics, and other similar
• Be the ambassador of people management culture, supporting employees, supervisors, and managers, acting as an internal consultant for people/talent management
• Coordinate the implementation of tools to support adoption and change management throughout the organization
• Support the implementation, training, and engagement of initiatives to support the Human Resources department
• Develop communications to share Human Resources information throughout the organization

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related course of study required

2-3 years relatable experience

Knowledge of Human Resources techniques, applications, and programs

Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possesses the ability to recognize and utilize ways to improve workflow efficiency

Possesses knowledge of training and development techniques

Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment in areas in which it is required

Works extensively sitting at a desk with extensive work on a computer. Some work will require to be performed on a production floor (which can be dusty, dirty, greasy, and noisy). Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
