Description
Enables the implementation of Human Resources processes and related Human Resources software systems. Coordinates a cross functional team to create, promote, and manage team members development and implementation of a higher performance culture.
Works on/coordinates cross-functional teams to complete initiatives/developments
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related course of study required
2-3 years relatable experience
Knowledge of Human Resources techniques, applications, and programs
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
Possesses the ability to recognize and utilize ways to improve workflow efficiency
Possesses knowledge of training and development techniques
Wears appropriate Personal Protective Equipment in areas in which it is required
Works extensively sitting at a desk with extensive work on a computer. Some work will require to be performed on a production floor (which can be dusty, dirty, greasy, and noisy). Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
