Description
Under general supervision, assists After Sales leadership team by participating in and leading process improvement projects and identifying and correcting process and product quality concerns.
Duties:
* Participates in and leads part cycle counts and audits of warehouse locations, while preparing, maintaining, and reporting relevant metrics
* Assists leaders in creating and establishing cycle count and audit schedules
* Studies part and material flows from other business units and identifies areas of opportunity
* Audit virtual and physical material transactions for accuracy
* Maintains strong understanding of internal processes and makes suggestions for process improvements as needed to ensure compliance
* Utilize various quality tools and methodologies to solve problems and implement corrective actions
* Other applicable tasks as assigned by the supervisor and/or manager
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Requires at least 3-5 years of related experience within quality, auditing, cycle counting, or process improvement.
Forklift experience is a plus
Must have basic computer skills including such programs as: Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP
Possesses a high energy level, and the ability to multi-task, in a team-oriented environment
Possesses discipline in process and procedures, strong attention to detail, and display the ability to learn and grow
Is able to work under minimal supervision, while adhering to company safety policies and procedures
