Description

Under general supervision, participates in pre-sales and post-sales HVACR technical support including commissioning, installation, testing, and maintenance services to customers.
Support pre and post sales activities in terms of correctly applying the product portfolio. 

Provide customer technical support in setup, configuring, troubleshooting and operating products. 

Provide necessary training to sales group and customers on the features and proper use and application of product lines. 

May assist in providing customer specific programming and parameter settings for custom applications.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Requires related experience with knowledge of compressors and refrigeration
Excellent customer service skills, strong math and mechanical knowledge. 

Has substantial knowledge of calculations required for correctly applying equipment and equipment integration. 

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Able to use Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
