Title : Salesforce Project Manager (On-site from Day One) (Full-Time)

Location : Tallahassee, FL | Duration : Full Time

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Experience managing projects related to Salesforce implementations.
• Understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and limitations and can communicate those to customers.
• Experience working on Government/Public sector projects.
• Familiarity with state government standards, policies, and guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience in managing agile/waterfall projects.
• Define and manage project goals and success criteria, monitoring and reviewing project progress.
• Strong functional and technical experience across different project phases, including business analysis, client interaction, deployment, and development.
• Experience in facilitating requirement gathering workshops, solution presentations, and creating user stories/use cases.
• Serve as the strategic lead for translating business requirements into solid, technical Solutions.
• Responsible for identification and inventory of customer process pain points and gaps in best practices.
• Clearly communicate and provide full transparency on project status for a range of stakeholders.
• PMP or Prince2 certified.

Work Environment:

• You and your manager will work together to determine the appropriate split of in-office and/or remote work.

Physical Demands:

• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Communicating with others to exchange information.
• Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
